adventures of getting cabel to work
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wxpython/wxPython2.6-win32-unicode-6.1.0-py24.exe is the download instead of the one listed on the cabel website. It took some searhing in google to get the thing. It looks like I have the right to upload it and get $2.00 per thousand downloads as soon as I figure out how to make an .xml file. All the other files are how they have them listed http://cabel.sourceforge.net/ . My compressed zip file is about 19 meg but I have no place to upload it as of yet.
