Following the install instructions there is 0% chance the install will work. The pywin32-209 file is for python 2.4 and the wxpython 2.6 is for python 2.5 they overwrote the 2.5 version that is for python 2.4 so it could not be downloaded clearly that act sabotaged the build. clearly An install with all the programs together for the install would be a good thing and the licence would support it.
