inproved installing cabel for csound
most of the instructions are here http://cabel.sourceforge.net/ except for
wxpython and I managed to find a direct link to the correct 2.4 version of python. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wxpython/wxPython2.6-n32-unicode-2.6.1.0-py24.exe as soon as I find a way to make an xml file I may upload the 19 meg file that was produced by downloading all this stuff. I haven't had time to play with the package yet and there isn't much in the way of documentation.
