Gabcast is suppost to post to your google add automaticly... looks like they have a 200 mg limit per channel anyway haven't tested if they are going to be per channel or account.. The killer app with gabcast is that you can use your telephone to post your podcast... If you have an account that pays you just download from them and upload to the paything account...
