mono samples are very useful if you know how to use them.. The question is why is the U.S. government paying for a system that competes with american buisness on one hand and not using it to kill people with less watts (military uses on the other hand).. The free part may be inevitable, and less watts should be something that is demanded of out t.v. sets and computers..
The danger is that just like dimonds where the arms of people in devoloping countries are cut off to control the diamond trade, One ear of the children in devoping countries is cut off and thier music computers resold on ebay.
