colin1911 (copowel 1911) sound editor
The newest version of colin1911 (colin 1911 or copowel911) is now online

I fixed a bug in the file loading and added two more formats (exsisting files not new files)
I added more help files and a new (untested compiler for free basic)
fixed a bug in the first compiler (syntax error these are not tested)
debugging or sounds idea's exc are welcome.
