the custom tab formats are just text files each heading is a letter with spaces in
between them. pretty simple not fully tested yet.. next version will include a batch for text based piano rolls for csound or whatever..

requirements are python and wxpython should be multiplatform with web options not executing on linux, mac for the time being.
